Over the years we have received excellent client feedback about our Technicians & Tradesmen from multiple different review platforms and directly from customers themselves. We have used this feedback to help improve working standards and customer experience across our entire company.
All Ecomaster Technicians are Fully trained and go through an induction process before starting.
Each Technician spends time in the office to understand the end to end process which includes Brand specification / System training and spare parts. The Technician will also spend time with one of our experienced technicians before being signed off to work on their own. The new Technician will also be monitored for the first couple of weeks.
Ecomaster have pledged to make sure all of our Technicians & Tradesmen are happy, successful and dedicated to their roles. We do this through a number of means which include company meetings, knowledge sharing, employee feedback and competitive pay for our industry.

Ben quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem with our squeaky Tempur divan recently purchased from John Lewis. The fault lay with the castors and Ben replaced these with "sliders" so we are now back to squeakless nights rather than sleepless nights!!!
Martin from Ecomaster quickly remedied the problem with my faulty sofa leg. He was highly professional and courteous throughout, taking time to explain the problem and the solution. The job was completed quickly and to my great satisfaction.
Michael was extremely courteous and compassionate with our situation at home. He was in full PPE, carried out a full inspection of the item and respected our home greatly. Great service, from the admin team too who arranged our appointment to work around urgent hospital matters. Thank you all.
