FIVE EASY STEPS

CLAIM RECIEVED
Ecomaster will have received your claim from your insurance provider. We will get in contact to arrange an insurance estimator to visit your location who will submit a detailed report on how to carry out the claim
02.
ESTIMATE APPROVED
Once our detailed report is compiled and received, the repair estimate will be generated and sent to your insurance company to be approved. This is the stage where any items that cannot be fixed, they will be agreed to be replaced like for like
03.
ASSIGNED TO ENGINEER
Your project will be assigned to one of our multi-disciplined engineers who will arrange to attend your location and carry out any repairs and or replacement of your damaged possessions
04.
REPAIRS WERE CARRIED OUT
All repairs & replacements of damaged goods will now be carried out in accordance with your insurer to the highest standards you expect during this stage
05.
PROPERTY RESTORED
Reports and proof of job completion is signed off by the customer and Engineer, Ecomaster signs off the job and closes the case down as completed
